From Rock Climbing to Real Estate...
I vividly remember the adrenaline rush as I tackled my first rock face, feeling both fear and exhilaration. I was a university student, but from that moment on, I spent every free moment honing my skills and climbing with friends. Each ascent brought new challenges and a deep appreciation for nature's beauty. After college, I left the Midwest to live in the Rocky Mountains. For nearly 20 years, I called Colorado, Wyoming, and Idaho home. My climbing passion turned into a career in Professional Mountain Guiding. I trained and learned from the best mentors, and went on to lead expeditions to many of the world’s highest and most remote peaks in Nepal, Tibet, Pakistan, Alaska, South America, and Antarctica. Safely leading a team to the summit of Mt. Everest was only one of many achievements I’ve proudly added to my resume. Each expedition taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance, teamwork, and the importance of setting goals—principles that would later serve me well in my real estate career.

After years of climbing, I realized that the same principles of strategy, resilience, and determination that guided me in the mountains could also be applied to the world of real estate.
